## Training
Our training programs are for educational purposes. Results depend on your effort and market conditions — no specific income or outcome is guaranteed.

## Payment & Refunds
Once a 1:1 or group training slot is booked and confirmed by payment, fees are non-refundable except at our discretion in exceptional cases.

## Acceptable Use
You agree not to share training recordings, materials, or access credentials with anyone who has not paid for them. Doing so will result in immediate termination without refund.

## Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for how you apply the techniques taught. You agree that all advertising and compliance decisions are your own.

## Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
